Important Note: Render credits are non-refundable except under specific circumstances outlined below.

1. Render Credits Purchase

1.1 Render credits are purchased for use in our rendering service and are non-refundable in most circumstances.

1.2 Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

2. Refund Eligibility

We may provide refunds in the following specific situations:

  • Technical failures directly caused by our rendering infrastructure
  • Render jobs that fail due to system errors beyond the user's control
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors

3. Refund Process

3.1 Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original transaction or render job completion.

3.2 All refund requests must be submitted through our support channel ([email protected]) with detailed information about the issue.

3.3 Refunds will be processed in the form of account credits, not cash refunds.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Render jobs completed successfully
  • User errors in file preparation or render settings
  • Jobs cancelled by the user after partial or full processing
  • Expired render credits

5. Rendering Credit Usage

5.1 We track render credits based on actual render time used.

5.2 Partial credits may be refunded for jobs that are terminated due to our system errors.

5.3 The refund amount will be calculated based on the unused portion of render time.

6. Payment Processing

6.1 Refunds for payment processing errors will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

6.2 Original payment method will be credited for billing-related refunds.

7. Discretionary Refunds

BlenderQuick.com reserves the right to offer discretionary refunds or account credits at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
